Welcome to the Rushden Mens Golf Section

Here at Rushden Golf Club you will find an extremely active and friendly Mens section, with over 383 members across all categories of membership. As a member of the mens section you are also entitled to play in the mixed section and may also be entitled to play in our Seniors Section if over the age of 55.
At Rushden we play a wide range of formats and competitions, and there are over 30 Trophies in the Mens section that can be won each year.

Our main competition day is Saturday, with some competitions being held mid-week (seniors) and some being held on Sundays. We also have impromptu roll ups during the week - all are welcome and encouraged to join in! We hope that we now offer something for all members to keep everyone involved. For reference, a list of all trophy competitions can be seen below, and in the seniors section tab.

Our latest competition results can always be found on the website and the ‘How did I do’ website.

We also hold a Winter League to enable the more hardy players to keep their swing in shape throughout the months of November to February.

We have an excellent Scratch team, Handicap team, Hollingsworth team and mixed team, all of whom play matches against other clubs within the County. All members are eligible to play and are encouraged to do so if interested.

Some of our major competitions throughout the year are:

Club Championship (Handicap and Gross) the premier competition each year!
  • Denton Twins
  • Service Tankards
  • Presidents Cup
